Kdo v\u0161ak chce takov\u00e9 cviky praktikovat, ten mus\u00ed pracovat s kvalitn\u00ed, n\u00e1strojem, kter\u00fd nesel\u017ee ani p\u0159i v\u011bt\u0161\u00edm z\u00e1p\u0159ahu.
